Erekrut, an innovative technology pre-hiring assessment job platform that will significantly alter the way recruitment or campus placements are happening globally, has raised $433.33K in its pre-seed funding from a Delhi based angel investor Rajesh Gupta and from promoters.
According to a press statement, the fresh capital will be utilized for product development, company expansion, and intellectual capital.
Co-founded by Ravinder Goyal and Ajay Goyal, Erekrut provides solutions for recruitment across the corporate and placement diaspora. The platform enables the establishment of a two-way channel of communication between recruiters and institutions to plan their future needs. The company’s goal is to give best fit filtered candidates as quickly as switching on the lights. It is targeting to help institutions in achieving 100% placement support to millions of students studying.
Through Erekrut, both parties can communicate and share their demands in real time. The startup is poised not only to become the most preferred hiring portal across but also the most preferred choice of the recruiters and institutions.

The Delhi-based Erekrut will have the largest repository of documents like question banks, job description, connect with various channels for wider reach and things required to hire a candidate in the shortest possible time. It also aims to be more focused on making it a sustainable business in the next 1-2 years down the line, the company said in a statement
Adding further about the platform, Co-founder of Erekrut, Ajay Goyal, said:
We are already shortlisted in an Accelerator programme in the US. We have already onboarded Teams with more than 20 years of relevant industry experiences like Sales, Brand Development and Corporate Relations. Once the newer version is launched, we shall pick the Right Communication Channels across. We already have 5-7% traffic coming from outside India.
In the near future, Erekrut plans to raise $1.5-2 million in the next round. Though, the company did not disclose the timeline of the upcoming fundraise.
