Humani, a Danish recruitment assessment platform, has recently raised $2.2 million (€2 million) in its pre-seed round led by Dreamcraft Ventures and angel investors. With this investment, the startup plans to develop its cutting-edge AI engine, powered by vast amounts of data and built on a foundation of psychometrics and behavioral science.

Co-founded by entrepreneurs Anders Mayntzhusen, Mik Strøyberg, and Christian Sejersen, Humani is dedicated to helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential. The HRTech company aims to democratize personal development, making it accessible and affordable for all individuals.

Speaking about the fundraising, Co-founder & CEO of Humani, Anders Mayntzhusen, said:

We are thrilled to have the support of Dreamcraft Ventures as we work to revolutionize how people approach their careers and launch our first product. With this funding, we will take our cutting-edge AI/ML engine to the next level and impact how people live and work.

Humani’s key feature in the engine is its ability to learn and evolve as the user base grows. And this ability extends far beyond the individual, as it can advise on how to work with people with different profiles, build stronger teams, and measure the impact across organizations. The platform allows everyone to get the most out of their true potential.

General Manager of Dreamcraft Ventures, Carsten Sallin, added:

When I first met Anders, Mik, and Christian, we immediately connected over their mission to democratize talent development in organizations and together as a team, they bring a winning combination of experience and heart to lead this change.

Sallin further said:

The AI engine combines assessments, exercises, and other data sources to gain a deep understanding of an individual’s strengths, interests, and motivations. Analyzing this rich data set, the platform algorithm provides highly individualized guidance for personal development and navigating career choices.

Nico Blier-Silvestri, Head of People & Culture, Dreamcraft, commented:

Talent development is a top priority for the new employees. Humani is bringing this to all employees, not just a lucky few. With their platform, every talent can access opportunities for growth, self-improvement, and well-being.

Soon, Humani is looking to activate its first products for individuals and organizations.
