The Enugu State Ministry of Education has formed a partnership with Edves, one of Nigeria’s leading providers of educational technology solutions, with the aim of leveraging technology to enhance education quality. According to a statement signed by the Head of Media at Edves, Kayode Jegede, the collaboration’s significance was further underscored by allocating over 30 per cent of the state budget to education. Jegede pointed out that the flagship initiative, the Smart & Green Schools Initiative, stands out as a testament to the collaborative effort.
Jegede added, “Edves has played a key role in integrating experiential curriculum and pedagogy frameworks, utilizing PEARL and CASE models. This strategic move is complemented by an innovative Artificial Intelligence Model designed to revamp the national curriculum and assessments, enhancing the overall learning experience for students”.
