The Public Health Financial Management programme equips healthcare professionals with the skills needed for effective public health systems budgeting and financial resource management. This programme will focus on developing expertise in managing financial resources, an essential skill in today’s complex healthcare environments.

The two programmes were introduced at the Industry-Academia Confab, attended by over 100 industry leaders and healthcare professionals. The event featured conversations on innovations and strategies for transforming the healthcare sector and creating a future through collaboration. The gathering provided a forum for meaningful connections and strategies to revolutionize the healthcare sector and create a future through cooperation.

Dr. Sutapa Bandyopadhyay Neogi, Director of IIHMR Delhi, emphasized the importance of collaboration in overcoming healthcare sector challenges. She shared her vision for the event:

The Industry-Academia Confab is a platform to connect minds and spark ideas that drive progress in healthcare. The presence of nearly 100 industry leaders today underscores the importance of collaboration in overcoming sectoral challenges. Launching these programs marks another step in our commitment to delivering impactful education for healthcare professionals.

IIHMR Delhi continues to bridge the gap between academia and industry, fostering innovation and empowering healthcare professionals to make a lasting impact. Through its programmes and events, the institute is shaping the future of healthcare management and operations, ensuring the workforce has the specialized skills necessary to address the sector’s most pressing challenges.
