What are codes?

Computers don’t just magically work! They follow a set of instructions and behave accordingly. These instructions are called “Programmes/Codes”. Or you can say, “A sequence of instructions that a computer can interpret and execute is known as a Computer Programme”. How many codes are running your computer now? Well, I’ll leave it to your imagination.
These codes are written in languages which computer can understand; like “JAVA, C, and C++.”  Once upon a time, only a very few people knew how to code. But today! Programming knowledge is a must for every one! What’s the reason? I’ll again, Leave this to your imagination.

Udacity is exactly like any other college course you would do. You can get credits after completing the course, or you may even opt to get a certificate. It has well organised classes, with regular quizzes which are pretty interactive and fun, Above all, this site provided the best lessons with best examples to learn a computer programme. The lessons are delivered by the faculty and students from Stanford University.

Codecacademy:

Developed by the best programmers, “Codecacademy” is a partner site of “CODE.ORG” which is built online to teach programming to every possible student. They believe “Every student in every school should have the opportunity to learn to code”. One can even choose to teach lessons online, help others by spreading your knowledge. Or you can simply choose to learn the language of your choice. Millions are people are using “Codecacademy” today. Are you? Hop in and learn to code!

CODEAVENGERS:

Codeavengers is one fun site to learn codding for children. With all the theme song and animation, codeavengers is one other best site for learning to code. The interactive software within the website helps you through each and every step while learning. It helps you to rectify your mistakes immediately with pop quizzes and other interactive stuff.

CodeSchool works on the motive “Learning by Doing”. All of their courses start with a short intro video on the topic and move you into challenge interface where you solve real problems using the lesson you have just learned. And the best part! These badges actually help recruiters get the right candidates for their job. With millions of informative videos and hundreds of quizzes. This website really deserves a spot in the top 5 list.

You have the Top 5 list right in front of you. Now hurry up and start taking the classes. It doesn’t matter if you want to be a software engineer or someone else! Just learn to code, It helps a lot in the long run. Steve Jobs said “Every Body in this country should learn how to program a computer…because it teaches you how to think!”
