Listo Global, a global human resources and employment technology company, announced that it has raised $1.7 million in pre-seed funding from a group of unnamed angel investors. With the latest round of funding, the Utah-based firm plans to accelerate growth and expand operations.
Co-founded in 2022 by Freddie Ashby and Tyler Dixon, Listo Global helps clients manage global teams with a technology platform that automates functions such as issuing country-specific, legally compliant contracts for full-time work or independent-contractor agreements. The company provides outsourced worker payments in over 50 currencies and boasts a transparent pricing approach with single-line, monthly-fee invoices. It also offers global recruiting services, contractor management, employer of record and entity setup, private global benefits, ex-pat services and assistance with immigration processes.
The startup aims to connect enterprises seamlessly with international talent and lead global employment through frictionless, intuitive technology, operational excellence, and client success.
