Paycor HCM, a leading provider of human capital management (HCM) software, has recently announced the acquisition of Verb, an Austin-based people development platform incorporating behavioural science and proprietary microlearning content to create best-in-class workplace training. However, the financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
With this acquisition, Paycor will support organizations with their top priority of empowering leaders to develop winning teams.
Paycor provides a human capital management (HCM) platform that modernizes every aspect of people management, from recruiting, onboarding, and payroll to career development and retention. Headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, the startup delivers deep product functionality, standard integrations, and certified expertise in sales and service to meet the needs of industries and organizations. It currently serves more than 30,000 customers.
