Aligned with the ambitions of its global networks, MCN Academy is committed to further nurturing and fast-tracking high-potential talent, upskilling across leadership development and within areas that will be critical for future business growth. The Academy will partner with reputable academic bodies, starting with a dedicated Harvard Business School Online learning collaboration for mid-management and executive leader talents, to be rolled out this month.

Over the next two years, MCN Academy will invest in three business-critical themes relevant to all MCN agencies. These themes will focus on helping upskill the company’s talents while scaling and enriching its skillset and capabilities for clients. These include leadership development at all career stages, generative AI, and emotionally intelligent and inclusive leadership.

Commenting on the latest development, Ghassan Harfouche, CEO of MCN MENAT, said:

We are deeply committed to Learning & Development in the MENAT region; our focus is to collaborate with the best and most progressive partners to ensure the upskilling of our talents, at all levels and all career stages, in areas that are critical for the future development and growth of our clients and our own business.

By using insights from the business, MCN Academy focuses on relevant areas with expert partners to deliver best-in-class leadership development opportunities for its people across key career moments. These bespoke programmes span rising and next-generation leaders right through to high potential and mid-management, plus visionary executive leaders in the company.

Ricarda Ruecker, Chief Talent Officer of MCN MENAT, stated:

Our people are undoubtedly our most important asset, which is why we continue to invest in their upskilling and progression at every stage of their career. The MCN Academy is grounded in real insight and analysis on which areas of progression will help grow our people and our business and ensure the highest quality skillset for client offerings for the future. It is a platform for hybrid and scaled programmes integrating internal training and collaboration with expert external bodies to deliver personal and professional progression for our people.
