The curriculum was developed following research with more than senior DevOps executives in the industry.
According to the official statement, The curriculum covers topics essential to these roles, including Python, Data Structures and Algorithms, DevOps Tools, and AWS. It provides numerous real-world assignments to facilitate hands-on learning. Enrollment in the programme requires no prior coding experience and is open to beginners interested in entering the industry as a DevOps engineer or a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE). The course will run for 12 months and equip learners for positions across the following categories: DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, and Cloud Associate.
DevOps’ significance in the tech landscape has grown steadily over the years. In the final quarter of 2023, India had a 60% increase in demand for DevOps roles, with 75% of enterprises in the industry hiring for these positions. Developer productivity increased by 70% throughout this period. With these industry trends in mind, Scaler built the DevOps & Cloud Computing curriculum, providing learners with the necessary skills to become effective and competitive in the ever-changing tech landscape.
