With an extensive community of more than 30 lakh women from various nations, including the United States, the United Kingdom, and India, hailing from 6000+ town cities across all 28 states, comprising of homemakers, young students, and working women, Hunar Online Courses is a pioneer in creative online education in the domains of fashion, food, and beauty, providing skill-based education to women and bringing about social change through its educational and entrepreneurial services. The portal offers over 30 creative courses to homemakers, young girls, and working women. Hunar served over 30,000 online participants on graduation day, showcasing students’ journeys of learning from home and achieving success with their talents. It has over two million women and 25,000 students, with 30% successfully running their businesses and earning more than Rs 50,000 per month on average.

According to the statement, women earned 82 cents for every dollar earned by men in the United States in 2019, a considerable increase from the 1980 figure of 62 cents for every dollar. In India, women earned just 59 cents for every dollar earned by men in 2019, with only 20 percent of women participating in the labor force, compared to 75 percent of men, as reported by the World Bank.
