Toprankers, India’s most prominent digital learning platform for judicial services, has announced the acquisition of Coach Up IAS’s Judiciary Wing, a well-known civil service examination institution in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. With this strategic acquisition, Judiciary Gold by Toprankers aims to expand its offerings and meet the growing needs of judiciary aspirants in Lucknow and adjoining areas, according to the statement.
However, the company did not disclose the financial terms of the transaction.
Coach Up IAS, founded by Ashutosh Srivastava, offers assistance with examination preparation to civil services aspirants. The company aims to emerge as a national leader in the domain of mentorship for the Civil Services examination. The platform relentlessly thrives to train its students in the best possible way to assist them in cracking the prestigious & glorious Civil Services Exam. Its dedicated team is Constantly decoding the dynamic nature of the Civil Services Exam, ensuring that the students get in-depth and updated content. The newly acquired Coach Up IAS centre in UP’s Aliganj has various amenities and can accommodate over 100 students.
Through this deal, the institute will benefit from enhanced resources, expert faculty and a comprehensive curriculum designed to empower students and help them achieve their career goals in the judiciary sector, the statement added.

It acquired an unknown amount for Chinar Law Institute (CLI), a test preparation platform based in Gurugram. Before that, it bought an undisclosed sum for Indore-based The Lex Guru, which rebranded as Judiciary Gold.
