Vedam School of Technology (SOT) is launching a premier undergraduate programme that promises to redefine Computer Science education in India. The platform, which is focused on producing industry-ready graduates, begins with innovative curriculum design and continues with hands-on learning. Students get a B.Tech in Computer Science degree from a UGC-approved university.

Vedam, which is based on the belief that “Coding Begins from Day 1,” breaks from standard theoretical models and focuses on solving real-world problems through application-driven learning. Students will develop over 100,000 lines of code during the course, providing them with real skills for the tech world in 2029 and beyond.

Piyush Nangru, Co-founder of Vedam, stated:

With Vedam School of Technology, we aim to set a new benchmark for Computer Science education in India. By combining a rigorous, hands-on coding curriculum with mentorship from industry leaders, we are equipping students with the skills they need to innovate and excel in the tech industry. Our focus is on fostering a generation of problem-solvers who will shape the future of technology.

Vedam SOT offers state-of-the-art campus facilities that foster creativity, collaboration, and innovation. The learning spaces are crafted to inspire:

  • Inspiring Classrooms that promote collaboration and creativity
  • Breakout Labs for hands-on experimentation
  • Coding Dens for focused, deep work and coding marathons
  • Hangout Areas for peer-to-peer learning and networking
  • Apple MacBooks for each student to enhance their coding experience

Ashish Munjal, Piyush Nangru, and Ankur Jain founded the Vedam School of Technology as an entrepreneurial endeavour. They have 6 years of experience running a Series C-funded higher education company that has already trained over 10,000 students using education for the public strategy. They hope to develop a new aspirational brand, Vedam SOT, to revolutionize the future of computer science education in India. The institution takes pride in selecting only the top 5% of applicants, ensuring students learn in a competitive yet collaborative environment among equally passionate peers.

Beyond classroom learning, it offers unparalleled global exposure through participation in international competitions like Google Summer of Code, prestigious tech conferences, and global hackathons. The programme’s focus on placement readiness ensures that students graduate with the skills and confidence to secure positions at leading tech companies worldwide. Vedam School of Technology is poised to lead India’s technology education market by preparing the next generation of innovators and tech leaders through a future-ready approach to computer science education.
