Usability:- Chatty Kidz provides young children with fun educational activities while allowing them to connect with distant family members, friends and even personal tutors, using video chat and digital multimedia content like images, stories, etc. The interface is simple and allows the kids to play around with different elements and they don’t realise that they are learning at the same time! The application lets distant family members, friends and teachers to get involved, to help teach the kids and to reduce some of the parents’ workload by using technology for good (i.e. education) not evil (i.e. games).

Walk-Through:- Chatty Kidz is an iOS based application for iPads that has been designed to facilitate engaging informal as well as formal learning besides the traditional classroom learning. The application uses video conferencing as a base layer and over it, it supports digital content sharing options. The idea is to allow distant family members and friends to help kids to learn through informal methods where they can practice words, reading, sentence structuring, seek help in projects, interact with pictures and more.
