Description: – Prezi is a presentation tool that helps you organize and share your ideas. Prezi is one of the cloud-based presentation apps. Prezi is a virtual whiteboard that transforms presentations from monologues into conversations: enabling people

to see, understand, and remember ideas.

Pain point/Need: –

  1. Online/offline presentation
  2. Presentation sharing
  3. Create reports and projects
  4. Create concept or mind-maps and other graphic diagrams.
  5. Visual for an oral presentations

Platform: – Web, Windows Desktop, Mac Desktop, iPad

Usability: – Your presentation will not be the same old slide-by-slide format that is commonly used today. Prezi creates non-linear, flowing presentations. You can create your presentation on a simple canvas, arranging your text and images in any way you like. Prezi lets you choose the order and amount in which each element will be zoomed into, creating a unique story-telling experience. You can create your own theme and save it for future use, as well. When you click an object, a tool cursor pops up that lets you resize, rotate or move the object. Instead of creating a series of separate slides, you put all your content text, graphics, and captions on a single canvas, and then you trace a path from one item to another. A simple Prezi can be created using a template within 10 minutes.

Prices: –

Free – 100mb storage.

Enjoy – $4.92/month and $59/yr 500mb storage. With 30 days trial.

Pro – $13.25/month and $159/yr 2 GB storage. First 30-days free.

Our Review: – Prezi Pro displays information not as a series of slides, but as one large board that zooms in on specific information or images. Prezi Pro does have a few things in common with traditional slideshow software. You can add text and multimedia items, like photo, video and audio files. When you or anyone else views your presentation in a browser , what they see is an animated tour of the canvas, instead of a series of slides. Good thing is that you can access, create and display presentations from any computer which has an internet connection. The best thing about Prezi is that it allows you to collaborate information from various sources, which automatically gets saved to the cloud so that students, teachers or any educator can access it from anywhere.  Help and support options are more adequate. The user manual requires an internet connection & is quite helpful. It takes a few clicks to get used to this system. The whole procedure takes a few minutes to get used to, but it works and increase your working productivity.
