11.Schedule some breaks:

The human mind requires some amount of rest and intervals as it tends to face saturation. So after 30-60 minutes (depends on your level of concentration) take out time to spend with your gadgets or just freak out infront of the mirror anything to relax your mind and rejuvenate it for the next 30-60 minutes session.

12.Prioritize:

It is very important to start off with a list of what is urgent, important and which can be done within your leisure. This will help you focus more and complete your work faster.

13. Me-Time necessity:

With the fast paced world people usually are so overly connected thanks to technology that they don’t just lose out on their concentration and get distracted but also cannot live without this distraction. Start giving 20 minutes to yourself everyday minus the technology and slowly learn to live without its dependence.

These are some ways in which you can help yourself reduce or get rid of your lack of concentration problems, if they still persist then you might need help, you should ask someone to keep an eye on you till you gain control over your impulse yourself.
