Classera has acquired Expert Solutions, the most prominent company specialising in ERP systems for education in the Middle East with over twenty years of experience.

The signing ceremony, which took place in Riyadh during the largest tech conference in the world, LEAP 2024, was attended by Mr. Ibrahem AlNasser, Deputy Minister of Future Jobs and Capabilities.

The agreement is a step towards Classera’s ambitious plan of expanding globally into emerging markets to provide a comprehensive and integrated ecosystem for educational and training institutions. This acquisition has solidified Classera’s position as a leader in emerging global edtech markets. Classera has received top global awards in educational technology and holds the largest market share in the Middle East.

The Classsera’s new acquisition emphasises the growth of the edtech sector in the Middle East, especially in KSA.
