Instahyre, an advanced hiring platform based on artificial intelligence enabling recruiters to hire top talent effortlessly, has announced the launch of its new initiative, ‘The Great Internship Fest,’ to offer internship opportunities to college students from MNCs and tech giants. The initiative aims to synthesize the career pathways of college students and reinvigorate their workflows with real-world experiences.

As a part of the development, more than 7000 global companies, including Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Microsoft, Uber, Walmart, and Swiggy, will participate in the fest. With more than 2500 colleges onboarded, the companies will get access to high-potential talent and add value to their employer branding strategy.

Commenting on the launch, Co-founder & CEO of Instahyre, Sarbojit Mallick, said:

For more than a decade, Instahyre has been successfully helping top talent find full-time opportunities by leveraging artificial intelligence. In light of the talent war and looming recession, the Great Internship Fest is aligned with supporting young talent in finding the best opportunity and workplace to work with.

Through its ‘Great Internship Fest’, the startup endeavours to provide a 10x higher stipend to talent perfectly aligning with companies’ requirements. The HRTech platform has recorded off-the-charts success rates that help students land 10x higher paying internships than other platforms.

Co-founded in 2017 by Aditya Rajgarhia and Sarbojit Mallick, Instahyre provides the recruiter with a curated list of candidates ready for hire from its premium database. This enables the recruiter to spend more time on delivering a top candidate experience while it does the heavy lifting of providing quality profiles. The company has been profitable since 2018 in delivering zero-hassle job searches. It aims to make the platform a one-stop solution for sourcing, engaging, interviewing and hiring candidates. Its clientele includes companies like Amazon, Walmart, Flipkart, Uber, Paypal, Adobe, Cisco and 12,000 Fortune 100 enterprises, unicorns, startups etc.

Instahyre previously unveiled its one-of-a-kind Instahyre Academy to help talent acquisition specialists and hiring managers become 10x recruiters skilled in the most innovative hiring practices.
