By harnessing the power of generative AI and ExecOnline’s proprietary data, this industry-leading virtual assistant will provide tailored learning recommendations aligned to an organization’s unique needs, its leaders, and their teams.

Since 2012, ExecOnline has delivered career-enhancing opportunities to more than 100,000 leaders in over 100 countries through its integrated learning and coaching solutions that empower organizations to build, scale, and measure the impact of world-class leadership development. The company designs high-impact programmes for busy leaders using its Learn by Doing with Impact methodology in collaboration with the world’s top business schools, including Berkeley Haas, Chicago Booth, Columbia, UVA Darden School of Business, Tuck at Dartmouth, Duke CE, IMD, Ivey, MIT Sloan, Stanford GSB, Wharton, and Yale. Its global network of qualified coaches helps expedite the development of crucial leadership competencies through individual and group coaching.

Commenting on the partnership, Co-founder & Chief Product Officer of ExecOnline, Julia Alexander, said:

We are honoured to have been chosen by Amazon to team up with the AWS Generative AI Innovation Center. In today’s ever-changing business environment, ExecOnline’s virtual assistant represents a significant leap in how HR, Talent, and L&D leaders can access educational information and make decisions about their leaders’ development and career journeys.

This collaboration between ExecOnline and the AWS GenAIIC will evolve the leadership development landscape. By combining ExecOnline’s market-leading expertise in delivering high-impact leadership development learning programmes co-created with the world’s best business schools and management experts with Amazon’s advanced AI capabilities, this tool is poised to lead the industry in providing an innovative solution for professional growth.

Barry Goldberg, Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer of ExecOnline, added:

Through the virtual assistant, we will leverage an organization’s fundamental goals and their more nuanced needs to recommend the programs most likely to help our client’s performance. The assistant will continually evolve through user feedback and data analysis to provide increasingly accurate and helpful recommendations.

ExecOnline is delighted to roll out this ground-breaking virtual assistant to all of its clients this year, allowing them to unleash the full potential of their leaders and drive organizational success. ExecOnline’s association with Amazon’s GenAIIC demonstrates the company’s commitment to providing unparalleled leadership development experiences that benefit both leaders and organizations.
