IIT Roorkee’s Continuing Education Centre (CEC), has announced its collaboration with Imarticus Learning, a leading future tech-based professional education company, to launch to launch its Certification Programme in Human Resource Management and Analytics for HR professionals. This programme aims to transform conventional HR management practices through data-driven decision-making strategies.
According to the official statement, the programme will be of six months and offers 100 hours of live training, including theoretical concepts and hands-on practice. Students can engage in weekend live sessions with IIT faculties, ensuring a high-quality learning experience. Each batch will have 40 students, and the course will commence in October. The course fee is Rs 1 lakh + GST.
The programme’s curriculum, designed by IIT Roorkee faculty members, includes using three or more tools, allowing students to become proficient in sophisticated machine learning algorithms for predictive analysis and fundamental statistical tools like Excel. This enables HR managers to identify trends, improve HR procedures, and encourage higher employee engagement and retention. Students will collaborate on at least eight real-world case studies to apply their knowledge in real-life scenarios.
