The inauguration of a dedicated skill development centre is a significant milestone in Newgen’s unwavering commitment to nurturing talent and fostering inclusive growth. The centre, located in Okhla, will serve as a hub for imparting skill training and essential digital education to the mothers of the students associated with the company’s flagship social impact project, Newgen Digital Discovery Paathshala (NDDP).
The initiative, part of the NDDP Samarth Saarthi Samuh programme, aims to transform the lives of women living in Okhla, Delhi, and the localities of Tekhand and Harkesh Nagar. By providing comprehensive digital education and vocational training and promoting holistic wellbeing, Newgen aims to empower these zealous women with the tools and skills necessary to become self-reliant and thrive in today’s digital age.

In their regular encounters with Newgen’s CSR volunteers during the weekly online sessions and digital summer camps, mothers of the NDDP students expressed a desire to further their personal development. Equipped with priceless insights into their lives and communities, Newgen set out to use education and skill development to improve these communities and close the digital divide.
In partnership with renowned NGOs, such as Each One Feed One and I AM Wellbeing, Newgen is building a comprehensive ecosystem that nurtures skill development and promotes holistic wellbeing. Through this collaborative approach, the initiative is set to make a real impact in the lives of numerous women and their families.
