1. Regional ClassFlow Consultant, India
Multiple positions in Delhi NCR, Greater Mumbai Region, Bangalore.
Function: Classflow Solutions
Reporting to: (Position) ClassFlow Engagement Delivery Manager, India
Location: Various with travel
Position Purpose:
- Master all aspects of ClassFlow to become a subject matter expert
- Through Professional Development (PD) and ongoing engagement build long term relationships securing future ClassFlow use in region
- To continuously engage with users either in person or via our 1 to 1 marketing tool, social media or Webex
- Delivers ClassFlow PD sessions/user groups/other engagement activities for region and in other regions when required
- Works closely to build relations with teachers and schools and support their implementation of ClassFlow technology
- To strive to operate in line with our Values & Ways of Working at all times
Key Responsibilities & Impact of Position:
- Delivery of ClassFlow Professional Development, User Groups and other Engagement Activities
- Building relationships with teachers to keep them excited about ClassFlow
- Integrate with ongoing ClassFlow initiatives, ensure their regional teachers are communicated with and engaged
- Gather feedback from teachers and administrators on ClassFlow
- Work closely with the local marketing team to organize events, user groups and manage online community of users
Required Qualifications:
- Must reside in region and be prepared to travel (beyond region if need be)
- A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an Indian classroom
- High levels of knowledge on all aspects of educational technology, technology integration, and current education technology trends with experience training on it
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to excite/relate to educators at all levels. Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to speak in front of large groups is essential
- Firm understanding of the pedagogy of teaching and learning – shown through the ability to develop / design / deliver exceptional professional development
- Masters in Education an asset
- Results driven, well organized, flexible, with strong follow-up skills. Eagerness to jump into a variety of work and technology

2. ClassFlow Engagement Delivery Manager, India

Reporting to: (Position) VP India Operations for NetDragon
Location: Gurgaon, India with travel
Position Purpose:
- Hire, manage and set KPIs for team of evangelists who will evangelize ClassFlow to teachers across India
- Through Professional Development (PD) and ongoing engagement build long term relationships with schools to secure future ClassFlow use in region
- To become a subject matter expert and engage with users either in person or via our 1 to 1 marketing tool, social media or Webex
- Delivers ClassFlow PD sessions/user groups/other engagement activities for region and in other regions, in collaboration with team of evangelists, when required
- Work closely to build relations with schools and support their implementation of ClassFlow technology
- To strive to operate in line with our Values & Ways of Working at all times
Key Responsibilities & Impact of Position:
- Managing and motivating team of Evangelists
- Building relationships with schools and showcasing ClassFlow to them – focusing on key clients and wins
- Work closely with marketing team to develop strategy and program for events, conferences and user groups
- Help identify Ambassador teachers and Influencers for ClassFlow
- Primary contact, along with your team, for schools to reach out to for implementation or execution related issues
Required Qualifications:
- Must reside in region and be prepared to travel (beyond region if need be)

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
