The acquisition enables Recruitics to add a scalable video recruitment product to its platform, which should improve the candidate experience and applicant engagement.

Founded in 2012, Recruitics operates an AI-powered recruitment technology platform, iON, to help companies attract and hire talent. The platform provides clients with recruitment marketing solutions, including candidate targeting and acquisition, applicant nurturing and engagement, employer branding, career sites, programmatic advertising and data analytics. Its iON platform focuses on programmatic advertising, employment and recruitment analytics. It uses Recruitics proprietary technology to track, interpret and optimize recruitment marketing strategies for its clients.

Speaking about the acquisition, Chief Executive Officer of Recruitics, Adam Stafford, said:

Video has become the dominant form of communication, showing no signs of slowing down. Jamyr is the perfect addition to our product lineup – we have seen incredible success with video recruitment for active and passive candidates over the last several years. Jamyr will enable our clients to scale this essential and currently underutilized medium in their recruitment processes.

Headquartered in Norwalk, Connecticut, with offices across North America and Europe, Recruitics claims its platform connects its clients to the entire recruitment marketing ecosystem using thousands of integrations. It converts data from jobs, recruitment adverts, jobseeker events and campaign costs into actionable data sets that help power the most advanced recruitment marketing tools.

Co-founder of Jamyr, Brian Mooney, added:

At Jamyr, we believe every company should create video content that gives candidates valuable insights about the employee experience. With Recruitics, we can scale our solution and build a better candidate experience. Together, our products will provide a uniquely effective offering enabling enterprises to build meaningful connections and hire the right talent.

Jamyr delivers employee-generated video content at scale, enabling organizations of all sizes to strategically and efficiently engage job seekers with exceptional and relevant video content. With Jamyr, companies can easily request, record, edit, and curate employee-generated recruitment video content from office and remote workers. Employee videos are built into powerful video collections that showcase companies’ authentic employer brands. The company then integrates with applicant tracking systems and job landing pages to present job seekers with the relevant and compelling video content in their job search when considering a potential employer.

Combined with Recruitics’ award-winning programmatic advertising, employer brand, talent engagement, and full-funnel analytics solutions, Jamyr makes it easier for businesses of all sizes to attract top talent, convert them into quality hires, and retain them as motivated employees.

In 2021, Recruitics had acquired Reverse Delta, a London-based company specializing in integrated recruitment websites and digital marketing.
