Like many other technological approaches, video games have also proved their worth in contributing towards educational enhancement. As we know, educational video games are an effective way to improve one’s critical thinking and problem solving nature.

Critical Thinking:

Critical thinking, in its broadest sense has been described as “purposeful reflective judgment concerning what to believe or what to do”. As critical thinking is essential for learners, we can make them critical thinkers by engaging them with educational video games.

Educational Ingredients:

Comparative display: Leaderboards, ranks, badges, etc., stimulate social and emotional rewards that drive our sense of engagement and problem solving.

Collective Intelligence: Collaboration allows for the learning of soft skills, organization, and large-scale problem solving.
