Furthermore, the cooperation seeks to reshape India’s tech education landscape and represents a monumental achievement on SkyySkill Academy’s ongoing mission to bring a global standard of tech education to talented students who face barriers to accessing or affording premium tech education in India, the statement added.

The statement focused, in particular, on how this collaboration is giving IT enthusiasts’ educational experience and employability skills a boost to a globally recognized standard, making them a great asset for their professions. This initiative addresses the needs of students aspiring to IIT-certified programmes, who can now access a worldwide curriculum through a flexible learning strategy on concrete career outcomes. It also helps SkyySkill Academy’s mission to become India’s premier upskilling and placement platform.

Speaking on the collaboration, the Founder of SkyySkill Academy, Himansu Sekhar Panda, said:

Under the agreement, professors and students will benefit from a meticulously designed and endorsed curriculum by the E&ICT Academy at IIT Guwahati. Engineering students and technical professionals will use training programmes, software, and learning sources to increase tech education accessibility by 30%. Additionally, engineering students enrolling with SkyySkill Academy nationwide will have the opportunity to earn cutting-edge and advanced certifications from E&ICT Academy, accredited by IIT Guwahati, to enhance their career prospects.

The collaboration is in line with E&ICT’s Academies vision, a joint initiative by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, the Government of India, and several IITs and NIITs, who are key players in the transformative venture, which seeks to increase the number of professionals skilled in tech education. This alliance undoubtedly speeds up SkyySkill Academy’s goals and plays a crucial part in their development. It’s a significant move towards providing beneficial tech education. It also emphasizes how the platform has been educating professionals nationwide for over five years.

In association with prestigious universities like Centurion University and CV Raman Global University, as well as prestigious industries like Ashok Leyland, TVS, Ultratech, Bosch Rexroth, and BOSCH, SkyySkill Academy offers a variety of industrial courses.
