According to the company, the fresh capital will be utilized for global market expansion and product development, including integrating generative AI across the learning and skilling cycle. It also intends to hire data scientists, skill scientists and software engineers. Additionally, it aims to form strategic partnerships and acquisitions.

Co-founded by Subramanian Viswanathan and Kuljit Chadha in 2015, Disprz helps organizations build a steady pipeline of the fully enabled workforce by accelerating job readiness, enabling skilling on the job, and facilitating career mobility. The platform envisions itself as a people intelligence suite on a global scale, extending beyond employee skilling to back every stage in an employee’s lifecycle. The company aims to empower organizations worldwide to advance their workforce potential through skills, data & personalization.

Speaking about the platform, Co-founder & COO of Disprz, Kuljit Chadha, said:

The company’s consistent revenue growth, during and after the peak of the pandemic, shows that people’s advancement is recession-proof problem statement within HR tech – it is a core problem of humanity.

Disprz claims to serve nearly 350 organizations and 2.8 million users across India, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. It helps enterprises like ICICI Bank, Amazon, Indian Oil, Bajaj Allianz, Ather Energy, HDFC Life, Starbucks, AIA, PETRONAS, Sharaf DG, Neom, Rivoli, Kotak Life Insurance, and others. Since its inception, the firm has witnessed remarkable growth & is one of few HRTech startups in the Series C segment.

Adding about the company, Co-founder & CEO of Disprz, Subbu Viswanathan, said:

Disprz is at the forefront of innovation in the learning and skilling space. We are on a mission to equip the workforce for the rapidly changing world, and we solve this mission using a B2B SaaS approach.

The startup further stated that it plans to partner with the broader learning and people-tech ecosystem, including HCM players, people reward platforms, learning content players, assessment players, and global HR consulting companies.

Managing Director of Lumos Capital Group, Rohan Wadhwa, commented:

Disprz provides the rare combination of breadth in product with their Learning Management System, Learning Experience Platform, and Frontline Enablement offerings, to meet a spectrum of customer needs and also the depth of product quality to ensure its serving customers with the highest level of product innovation.

Earlier this year, Disprz secured an undisclosed sum in a bridge round between Series B & Series C rounds from Silverneedle Ventures and other current investors. Before that, the corporate learning firm had raised $13 million in a Series B round from Dallas Venture Capital (DVC), Mars Growth Capital and others in 2021. The company has raised around $50 million in funding to date.
