Motion Education, a leading NEET and JEE preparation institute has announced plans to expand its business across India. The centre aims to develop 100 new centres by the next financial year (2024-2025) with the help of a franchise model.

In this pursuit, the institute aims to invest from INR 70 lakhs to INR 1.10 crore for each centre. The amount will be directed toward the end-to-end functioning of the centre, entailing technology integration, content creation, the development of teaching pedagogy, and many more facilities. Already serving 50,000+ students, the platform expects to reach 1.5 to 2 lakh students preparing for medical and engineering entrance exams nationwide with this expansion.

Under this expansion plan, the coaching institute intends to hire 700 or more teachers to maintain a healthy teacher-to-student ratio. In addition, the centres will be well supported by the installation of AI and smartboard technologies to help in the aspirants’ lifelong education. To help students achieve academic excellence with a proper focus on holistic development, the institute will take care of the resources provided to the centres. From the selection of faculty to streamlining the processes, teacher training to providing the study material, installation of the technology and systems, etc., will be closely channelized under the guidance of Motion Education.

Speaking on the expansion, Nitin Viijay, the Founder & CEO of Motion Education, said:

Committed to providing the best to the students, we aspire to expand our presence across the country with the help of the franchise model. The business model aims to reach out to a maximum number of students who cannot relocate to new cities for medical and engineering entrance preparation. Understanding that the country has a lot of talent that might get wasted without proper guidance, we are resolved to support and ease their preparation with the help of the franchise model.

The institute has set up 30+ centres in the last two years, with 15 new centres opening this year. The centres have been receiving positive admission responses and have witnessed a large inflow of applications, compelling them to close admissions.

Expanding under the franchise model resonates with the institute’s plan to penetrate the country by offering the most resilient and best infrastructure. Currently, the industry needs help to meet investor expectations, jeopardizing the more significant cause of providing quality education. At this time, the bootstrapped institute’s plan to expand through the franchise model allows it to gain visibility across the country at its own pace while maintaining the quality of its offerings and education.

As part of the plan, Motion Education will add 30+ new centres in the first phase to bolster its presence in the South and other counterparts after creating a strong foothold in the northern and central parts of the country.

Motion Education, established in 2007 by IITian Nitin Vijay, prepares students for NEET, JEE, NTSE, KVYP, Olympiads, and other competitive exams. The company aims to address the supply-side gap in the education sector by providing a platform for aspiring edupreneurs to unleash their potential and innovative skills while remaining dedicated to the cause of human possible development. Since its inception, the institute has created a strong presence nationwide, with 55+ centres in 15+ states. The vision of providing quality education at an affordable price has significantly contributed to Motion Education’s credibility in the highly competitive and constantly evolving education sector. With the plan to develop 100 new centres, the institute strives to improve the accessibility of education for JEE/NEET aspirants.
