School Diary’s ERP platform enables schools to streamline their operations effectively. Designed with an intuitive user interface, it integrates key functionalities, such as attendance tracking, fee management and admissions, grade management, and parent-teacher communication tools, into a single cohesive system. A standout feature of its offerings is its Child Safety Solution for school buses. This solution enables schools to monitor driver behaviour, optimize route planning, and manage attendance and dispersal efficiently.

Funded by The Chennai Angels and other angels, School Diary provides digital communication, school management, fee and payment, child security, performance management, and student engagement solutions. With a focus on innovation and user-centric design, the platform helps schools streamline their operations and foster stronger relationships between educators, parents, and students.

Shashank Pachore, Vice-President, Growth, Schoolnet, commented on the partnership:

One of the biggest problems that school owners and administrations face is dealing with multiple vendors, while they want a one-stop-ecosystem solution. Schoolnet’s unique culture promotes collaboration and not competition; we believe in partnering with A+ players in the industry. We are very proud of our partnership with School Diary. Its robust ERP system makes our ecosystem solution the most comprehensive in the Indian and global markets.

With this collaboration, School Diary will access Schoolnet’s world-class content with cutting-edge, innovative classroom technologies. Smartboards—interactive digital displays that combine the functionalities of a traditional whiteboard with modern technology—will be integrated into classrooms, fostering a more engaging and collaborative educational environment. School Diary’s customers in India and 13 countries globally will benefit from a unified platform offering a comprehensive suite of advanced EdTech tools through this partnership. There is also potential to extend these offerings to government schools aligned with Schoolnet’s existing partnerships.

Schoolnet offers a wide range of services to ensure the lifelong learning and skills of school students and youth in alignment with UN SDG 4. As a market leader in EdTech and vocational skilling services since 1997, it has a presence in 17 countries and 400 districts of India and has developed innovative digital and digitally enabled solutions for teaching and learning. Through multi-stakeholder partnerships with governments, the private sector, institutions, and international agencies, the platform impacts over 1cr+ students across more than 1 lakh schools.

Ashish Chaturvedi, Founder of School Diary, added:

This collaboration aligns with our mission to offer schools a comprehensive suite of solutions to enhance operational efficiency, empower educators, and redefine student engagement. We aim to take our combined offering to 2,00,000 schools across India and worldwide in the next 3-4 years. Through our collective efforts, we seek to equip schools, educators, students and parents with all the tools and resources they need to excel in an increasingly digital world on a single platform.

With a presence in 13 countries, School Diary is establishing a strong global footprint, leveraging SaaS technology to address key challenges educational institutions face worldwide. It has over 1,100 lifelong registrations and 450,000 users on the platform. The company has also expanded into Sri Lanka with its recent partnership with the Lyceum Group, furthering its vision to become the go-to digital platform for schools across Asia.
