StepsConnect, a Milan-based recruiting platform that helps companies quickly find qualified candidates thanks to an innovative candidate experience, has raised €1 million in pre-seed funding from 40Jemz Ventures, Eden Ventures by IAG, Maggioli Ventures, Moffu Labs, GĔNĔRAS Corporate, Moonstone Fund, KF-Invest and Enzima12. Emiliano Maria Cappuccitti, Gianpaolo Naef, Massimo Cioffi, Dino Cipriani, and Massimo Pagnetti – all angel investors specializing in HRtech – also participated. The platform will prepare to raise seed funding imminently.
Established in 2022, Stepsconnect is a trailblazer in the recruitment industry, offering a cutting-edge solution to modern recruiting challenges. Its multi-channel digital platform, powered by a unique matching algorithm, enables HR teams to swiftly identify qualified GenZ and Millennial candidates. This innovative approach enhances the quality of applications analyzed by recruiters, making job advertisements more appealing and making candidates’ job searches more efficient. Its platform’s distinctive elements include a social channel and AI support for talent acquisition.

StepsConnect was born in 2022, from interviews and customer scientific investigations carried out with users of our first platform. The startup focuses on the retail, large-scale retail, hospitality and fashion verticals. It collaborates with over 60 companies, including Roadhouse, Mediaset, Gruppo Vegè, Rinascente, and Autoguidovie.
