It provides actionable strategies to foster a supportive, resilient work environment that enhances employee well-being and productivity.

Featured skills include:

  • Recognizing and addressing mental health issues
  • Cultivating resilience and practising mindfulness
  • Promoting communication and collaboration
  • Accessing professional mental health services and resources

Talent Management: The 5-hour Talent Management pathway focuses on identifying, developing, and retaining talent to meet future organizational needs. Participants will learn key skills for succession planning, employee development, and optimizing talent management investments.

Featured Skills Include:

  • Strategic succession planning and identifying key roles
  • Optimizing talent development budgets
  • Attracting and retaining top talent
  • Building employee growth pathways

Speaking about the development, Mukund Sudarsan, Vice President and General Manager of Professional Development at the University of Phoenix, stated:

Our new pathways are designed to support workplace wellness and talent management by providing practical and flexible training solutions. These areas are future needs and present realities that must be addressed to thrive. Investing in them today sets the stage for long-term success and resilience.

The courses are delivered online using the university’s learning platform, providing flexibility for working adults. Participants will earn certificates of completion and have one year to complete the programmes at their own pace.

The University of Phoenix provides a powerful combination of career guidance, personal assistance, and flexible learning opportunities, all with choices to help students save time and money on their degrees. Students get career-relevant skills from faculty members with backgrounds in business, technology, healthcare, education, and other fields who offer a hands-on approach and practical expertise to the classroom. As a transfer-friendly university, it accepts transfer credits from over 5,000+ schools. It allows students to have relevant experiences, such as life experience and previous jobs, evaluated for potential credit to help them get the college credits they deserve when they return to school. It aims to provide access to higher education opportunities that enable students to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve their professional goals, improve the performance of their organizations and provide leadership and service to their communities.
